Orbit Gas Storage, Inc. is a new company formed in 2006 to pursue high quality natural gas storage projects. With an expert and experienced pipeline and storage marketing and development team, Orbit’s first and current development project is the Kentucky Energy Hub, located in western Kentucky. Total development will include nearly 21 Bcf working gas and 475 MMcf/d peak injection and withdrawal, sized to have a major impact on the evolving energy grid.
The Kentucky Energy Hub is a new gas storage and pipeline hub in the crossroads of America-positioned to take advantage of all major supply projects under development, positioned to provide the crucial link between supply and market. KEH offers a broad spectrum of storage and hub services to meet the needs across the energy spectrum.
